We are always striving to provide your pet with superior care. Here is what some of our pet parents have to say about our practice:
My family and I have been using Dr. Murphy for years, more like decades. He is a wonderful vet and very affordable . He is great with his clients and his 4-legged patients !!! I would recommend him to anyone
The veterinarians and assistants were very helpful when I had to put my cat to sleep. They are excellent at their job and their prices are affordable. Thank you Animals R Us!
I absolutely love this vet and highly recommend it. The whole staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are all willing to help and make you feel at ease with your pet and concerns. Love them!
Absolutely the best vet in town. Wouldn't go any where else.
When I moved here, I asked around to see where I should take my cats. Almost everyone told me to go to Animals R Us. From the moment I came in the door, I was treated with respect and compassion. The administrative staff are very friendly and help you work out a payment plan if needed, The veterinary techs were all helpful, and Dr. Tim was no only professional but also very caring! He doesn't jump to recommending surgery or pressure you into expensive procedures or lab work. My cats loved him. His groomer was so very good with my long-haired cat, and she was recommended to me by everyone that I asked about who would they see to get their cat groomed.
If you are looking for a kind, caring, and professional veterinary clinic, look no further.
The best VET we've ever had!...I've been a client of Animals R Us for over 8 years now and they are the best, most kind, caring friendly and knowledgeable we've ever known. They have save my cat's life 2 times now and I owe them very much. Please visit them first before you go anywhere else, I can't say enough great things about the Vet and staff, just wonderful! people, thank you Dr. Tim, Amanda and the rest of the staff at Animals R Us!
Dr. Tim is the best vet in town! He has cared for my (and all my immediate family's) pets for over 10 years. He isn't too quick to move towards unnecessary surgery, he is wildly knowledgeable and helps you to keep cost down by only doing what is most needed/effective. He is truly an animal whisperer.
Been going to Tim's for over 10 years and have always found their prices reasonable. Only place in town I was able to save a 5wk old parvo puppy for under $200
While I was researching potential veterinarian clinics to care for our puppy I read through a lot of the reviews for several clinics in the Boise area. That was a bad idea, because there are some people who just can't be pleased. However I developed my own reservations, ranging from questionable ethics to clinic cleanliness even after treatment care. So I put my nose to the grind stone and started asking around just to see what I couldn't dig up. And after several hours of phone calls to friends and family, Animals R Us was mentioned and praised more than any of the other veterinarian clinics. However it wasn't until I talked to a member of the Walker family, who by the way recently had to deal with a Parvo stricken puppy that required a lot more care and attention than my own did, that I made the choice to go to this particular clinic. They are affordable and willing to work out a payment plan if there is a need to.
The amazingly wonderful staff at Animals R Us saved my 8 year old daughter's dog, Ginger. A beautiful German Shepard, Rottweiler, Chow cross. Thanks to these awesome people, and their blatant display of affection towards our Parvo struck puppy, our 8 year old girl gets to continue growing up with her best friend. From the bottom of my heart, my family and I offer nothing but thanks. I highly praise and recommend this facility.
Even with a condition as extreme as Parvo the staff handled themselves in a calm and purely professional manner, despite the fact that I was a complete wreck from dreading the thought of my daughter losing her first pet. Thankfully this was not the case. The staff diligently took extra precautions so that contaminated areas within the facility were minimized. As well as immediately disinfecting anything and everything with Parvocide. They also refused to let new clients through the door due to the highly contagious environment. Which only added to their daily challenges. They displayed and exercised the most extreme caution as well as expressing genuine concerns for my child's dog.
So one again from the very depths of my heart, my daughter, and one very lucky puppy named Ginger, thank you for the opportunity and privilege of my daughter getting to keep her best friend around for a lifetime of fun an childhood memories. GOD BLESS YOUR HEARTS AND COMMITMENT TO HAPPY AND HEALTHY PETS
